Discounts and promotions
Q: Do you offer an early bird discount? A: Yes! Families who register before March 1, 2026 receive a $20 Early Bird discount. This discount is applied automatically during the registration period.
Q: Is there a sibling discount? A: Yes. We offer a $20 sibling discount when siblings are enrolled in the exact same two-week session. Please note, the sibling discount does not apply if siblings attend different sessions or register for single-week options.
Q: Do you offer a refer-a-friend discount? A: Yes! If your child would like to attend camp with a friend, you can earn a referral discount. To qualify, two things need to happen: 1) The referred family must answer the question “How did you hear about us?” on the enrollment form with “Referred by a friend.” 2) In the box labeled “Who did you hear about us from?”, they must enter your full name (or your child’s full name). Once confirmed, the referral discount will be applied according to camp policy.
Q: Can discounts be combined? A: Discounts may be subject to limitations and eligibility requirements. Please review your registration details carefully or contact us if you have questions about which discounts apply to your enrollment.
Waitlists
Q: What happens if a camp session is full? A: If a session reaches capacity, families will be given the option to join the waitlist during registration.
Q: Will I be charged if I join the waitlist? A: No. Your credit card will not be charged when you place your child on the waitlist.
Q: How does the waitlist work? A: When a spot becomes available, we contact families on the waitlist in order, starting from the top. Families will be notified by email and asked if they would like to accept the open spot.
Q: What if I don't want the spot when contacted? A: If you choose not to accept the spot, your family will be removed from the waitlist, and we will move on to the next family.
Q: What happens if I accept the spot? A: If you accept the available spot, your child will be officially enrolled and the camp fee will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email with enrollment details.
Q: How will I be notified? A: All waitlist communication is sent via email, so please be sure the email address used during registration is accurate and checked regularly.
Extended Care and daily drop ins
Q: Do you offer extended care? A: Yes. Extended care is ideal for families who need a later pickup time at the end of the camp day.
Q: What are extended care hours? A: Extended care runs from 4:00–5:00 PM each camp day.
Q: How much does extended care cost? A: $150 for a full two-week session, $100 for one week
Q: Do you offer daily "drop in" camp registration? A: Yes! We understand a full two weeks doesn't fit into everyone's schedule, so daily "drop ins" are available. Registration for these opens two weeks prior to each session.
Grouping Campers
Q: Will my child be in the same group as their friends? A: We do our best to group campers with friends whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee all friend pairings. Our goal is to create balanced groups that provide the best experience for everyone while honoring kids’ desire to be with friends. During registration, families may list the names of up to three friends they would like their child grouped with, and we take these requests into careful consideration. Our counselors are skilled at helping campers feel welcomed, supported, and connected – whether they arrive with friends or make new ones at camp.
Field trips
Q: Do you provide field trips? A: Yes! Every Wednesday of the first week, campers enjoy a full-day adventure at the Henry Moses Aquatic Center! With three thrilling water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river, a kids’ splash zone, and a large swimming pool area, there ’s nonstop fun for every camper.
Q: Is there an additional fee? A: No. Field trip fees are covered by your registration. It’s a day full of excitement, laughter, and unforgettable memories as campers race down slides, float along the lazy river, and splash with friends in the water zones!
